C'est la vie

Really does one change by the number being changed?? Rather than a number, isnt it the experience which changes a person..... Oh well, this was simple quote written year back... Just a sentence, but I still feel that I need to publish this in my lil blog... Just a black & white pic of my lovely west over parking lot.... Dont know if this place will ever change or not.. March 8th, when the whole world was celebrating Women's day it left me wonder who is that special woman in my life... Like anyone else in this Universe, it is my Umma (mother). For many, your mother will be that best friend in your journey. For me, she is the strongest drive behind my each phase of my life... Though I am the one who has always taken decision in my life, she is the one who lets me know of the options available.. Even when she isnt aware of what lies ahead in the world outside her home, she was always the positive ray of hope... She always dream for all the three kids of her own & the fourth one who has entered into her life as son-in-law. My mother is like a train which keeps going just stopping for a while ( that is her favourite 10 min afternoon nap ).... When she is run out of her household chores, she sits & makes a mental note of work to be assigned to her kids who are miles away from her.... Do we ever acknowledge her for all her efforts?Though we r...

Music is my life.... Believe it or not I have friends who are least interested in music... And I always end up asking  How can you not Love music.. and the funny part is they are the ones who are very close to me and "best"- est buddies... I live and love Music.. It s something which defines me.. there s always songs for all my moood... I can listen to the B&W Hindi Movie songs to the Ear deafening Rock music of all time..  Unfortunately for many, especially for the people close to me, I am not blessed with a Golden Voice hence many at a times they have to bear the pain of me singing :D:D:D Funny incident which happened while one of those crazy nights when we gather around and have absolutely nothing to talk about... My Friend 'R' ( sounds like a pretty cool one huh, well he aint) poses us with a question "If we get a chance what is that one thing you would like to change in our life?"... Well the Brainy Heads as we are ( Me, S & A.....

The month of February is here..still this lil westover is covered with snow...These lil snow does have magic.. Inspite of having a freaking cold blast I m still loving when these lil white drops are falling....I never get bored of clicking pictures of these snow drops! little do i get the perfect picture of these beautiful ones...  It truly transforms my apartments into a beautiful winter wonderland...  Few clicks of today:- The snow that melts my heart... I was just listening to "rendezvous with Simi" where she was interviewing Sushmita Sen... I was really amused by Sush talks... To be a strong and confident in this world where Men rules, it really takes a lot of courage within you.. I still remember rooting for Sush when I was in school and yes my class was divided between Ash & Sush fans.. As a teenager it was poise and style to which I was attracted to... She is still has the enigma, poise and she is a True Diva. What I liked the most of the interview is she was being honest... She is one lady who lives the life on her terms.. I will not term her as the perfect one or the one whom I consider as role model.. But I do definitely believe that it takes a lot of courage to be the woman she is.... She said during the contest that children are the most amazing wonders of the world.. Being faithful to her belief she did adopt two kids that too two girls... Bless her soul!!! Dec 30 "It was magical when it snowed yesterday.... white as fleece..." These were the words written last year (2012) & apparently, my feelings for snow hasn't changed in a year... Today it snowed again.. the beautiful & first snow of this season!!! It was still magical..... What is the magic that little white pearls have? Like the lady wearing white pearls, doesn't it make mother earth more stylish.. Lady with elegant & poise :) :) :)... Or does mother earth try to cleanse all the impurities by showering the white upon? For me this little snow has always managed to give me the best memories :)... The snow memories is filled with Yellowstone trips, my photoshoots with two of my roomies, making snowman with my hubby & frenz, being in Boston and the start of having two best friends in my life.... I do have a small snow bunny with me just to keep my love for snow intact!!! When i was not able to see the Snow Bunny live, I gifted myself a small...

                                 This small seat is one of the quickest & our fav lil secret getaway!!! Isn't it a mystery that this small place can bring a smile to my face.. For many there will be a hang out spot! For me this spot is simply a heaven &  of course I need my partners in crime to make my heavenly feeling complete...  Talking abt my partners in crime... Are we  3 people alike? Of course not !We have our own list of likes & dislikes..
